Grounds for filing an appeal in Poland
An appeal may be based on the following grounds:
- violation of substantive law through incorrect interpretation or improper application,
- invalidity of the proceedings, failure to explain all factual circumstances relevant to the resolution of the case,
- contradiction of the court's significant findings with the content of the material collected in the case,
- other procedural irregularities, if they could affect the outcome of the case,
- new facts and evidence that the party could not rely on in the first instance.
